About Seaton Snacks
Who We Are?
We are a Big Family running a Small Business. We started this small Snack business back in 2014. We are located in Raleigh, NC. Our business has enjoyed steady growth each year and is run currently by just the members of our family. Tim and Joetta Seaton have eight children.
It is our hope that each of our children will continue to take on more responsibility in the business as they grow older. Our children have a first hand glimpse to see what can happen when you serve others well. By serving our customers well, it allows us to earn trust and establish relationships that we continue to build on into the future.
Much of our business is done on Amazon, but unfortunately Amazon is a transactional business. Meaning Amazon does not want you to have relationships with it's customers. This is one of the main reasons for starting our Shopify store. We know that to continue to grow our business, we need to build those relationships, so we have a core audience that knows, likes, and trusts us.
What We Do?
Over the last several years, we have established relationships with many of the big name snack companies that you know and love. Brands like Little Debbie, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder's of Hanover, Lance Snacks, Utz Quality Foods, and many more. In a way, we are your personal shopper for snack foods. We secure your favorite snacks every day, and ship them out to you, so they are delivered directly to your door for FREE!
How We Do It?
Through our many distributors we are allowed to get early access to all of the products of the brands we serve, even those hard to find items. Our customers don't have to waste valuable time going from store to store looking for their favorite snacks. Our company has the established relationships to buy the freshest items available on the market at that moment. Our customers don't have to look at each box of snacks at their local store, pondering how long this snack has been sitting on the shelf. When you buy from Seaton Snacks it will be convenient and fresh upon arrival.
How to Buy Our Products?
Most of our fans have discovered us on Amazon, but now you can purchase our products on Shopify. To make it easier for you to purchase on Amazon each of our products has a direct link to buy it on Amazon if you choose.
We understand some customers feel more comfortable buying on a marketplace like Amazon, so we will continue to build our business on Amazon. Typically, you will find that our Amazon price is higher than our Shopify store, because we are required to pay Amazon seller fees to be listed on the Amazon website.
